Option 1: Starting out with Social Media

Major Focus: Setting up and using Facebook effectively

You know that something needs to be done about Social Media and that it is very beneficial to be a part of  but you have no idea where to begin... until now that is.This 3 hour workshop is tailored for the accommodation and hospitality industries and gives a detailed step by step overview of Facebook from set up to customer engagement and Facebook Advertising campains.

A survey will be completed once registration is confirmed so that the workshop can be tailored to the overall attendees needs.

Option Two: Social Media Management

Major Focus: Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn - getting strategic

You have an understanding of Facebook but know there are many other platforms out there and you want to get them working for you. This 3 hour workshop will touch on Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn leaving participants with tips into setting them up, using them effectively and creating a strategy.

A survey will be completed once registration is confirmed to ensure the workshop is tailored to the overall attendees needs.

With the introduction of Social Media, Review Sites and Blogs, reviews and comments can have a detrimental effect on bookings and profits. These sessions will present ways a property can improve and manage their reputation through the use of appropriate tools and strategies.
